The Biologics Association Registry and Biorepository (BARB) is a multicenter collaborative arm of the Biologic Association that is dedicated to advancing the science and effectiveness of biologic treatments. The BARB has established SOPs for processes dealing with the administration, transport, storage, and analysis of outcomes and biologic samples. The collaborative is modular, and expandable, allowing development of new SOPs and analysis techniques as the science emerges, and establishes the framework for multicenter collaboration in this emerging field. The goal of the BARB is to provide evidence-based data on the molecular mechanisms of action for how biologics work and their efficacy. With more than 400 patients enrolled the BARB continues to grow.
More than 500 samples collected from the following participating centers:
- Cedar Sinai
- Mayo
- HSS
- Northwell
- Colorado
- Stanford
- Cleveland Clinic
